Normally Weight loss surgery is recommended for people who are normally overweight and having serious health danger associated with it however in normal overweight or obesity cases, If you can loose the weight naturally then what is the point of going for weight loss surgery and taking associated risk with it. Any body can loose the weight if he or she can try to be disciplined and ready to commit.
Even in weight loss surgery One need to follow a nutrition plan (which may include vitamin supplements) prescribed by your surgeon and/or nutritionist .The nutrition plan will likely include a liquid diet for a few weeks, until you can tolerate soft foods, and later solid foods. A specific exercise program, is also recommended.
Now the interesting point to note is if you can follow nutrition plan of your own you do not need any weight loss surgery. You are supposed to follow exercise plan, however if you follow even mild exercise plan daily you can loose the weight of your own.
I would strongly suggest not to go for surgery untill and unless it is recommended by your doctor and this is the only option left for you.
It is better to loose weight naturally. The main point is, there has to be a reason why your body is gaining weight and if you can identify the reason and act on it you are bound to loose the weight naturally in healthy way.. |
