According to American Diabetes Association nearly 9 out of 10 people with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes are overweight!!!

People with diabetes are more likely to be overweight and to have high blood pressure or I can also say that if you are overweight there are more chances that you can be diabetic as compared to a person who has healthy weight.

If you are obese, then certianly you are at greator risk of having type 2 diabetes and that is not all in fact High blood pressure and type 2 diabetes often go together. High blood pressure increases your chances for heart disease, stroke, and kidney disease. In fact about 40% percent of people with diabetes have high blood pressure, which often leads to stroke.

That means if you are having obesity issue there are high possibility of diabetes and high possibility of diabetes can have high possibility of high blood pressure which can leads heart disease and kidney disease.
